We’re down to four teams left standing in the World Cup, which also happened to be the four top sides in the world coming into the tournament.

Let’s get to it.

SPAIN VS FRANCE

The long awaited, highly anticipated semifinal matchup between the two best teams in this competition is finally here and we could’ve (and did) see it coming from a mile away.  Neither team at any point in this tournament really looked to be in peril of not making it to this round.  These two teams have met three times this decade with Spain winning twice and both teams scoring in all three.  Both teams have also scored in every game but one so far in this tournament.  More impressive? Both France and Spain have yet to trail at any point in this World Cup.

Let’s keep this one simple.

  • Low risk parlay toss in: Spain +1.5
  • Average risk parlay: Both teams to score YES AND Kylian Mbappe and Lamine Yamal to each have 1+ shot on target (+100)
  • High risk play: 1-1 Correct score (+500)
Records

Low risk: 78-22
Average risk: 49-51 (minus 3.5 units)
High risk: 40-69 (plus 9.2 units)
Net: plus 5.7 units
